It is calculated as the simple average of the scores for Time to export: Border compliance (hours), Cost to export: Border compliance (US dollar), Time to export: Documentary compliance (hours), Cost to export: Documentary compliance (US dollar), Time to import: Border compliance (hours), Cost to import: Border compliance (US dollar), Time to import: Documentary compliance (hours) and Cost to import: Documentary compliance (US dollar). The score ranges from 0 to 100, where 0 represents the worst regulatory performance and 100 the best regulatory performance.
