The Forests issue category (previously called "Ecosystem Services") measures trends in area and integrity of countries' forests. It includes five indicators: loss of humid tropical primary forests, loss of intact forest landscapes, lasting tree cover loss, net change in tree cover, and the Forest Landscape Integrity Index. Only countries that had more than 10 percent tree cover in 2000 are scored in these indicators.
